Michael Foy, writer

Michael was born and raised in Surrey, BC. He completed degrees in psychology and teaching at Simon Fraser University. He currently lives in Montréal with his wife and two daughters and teaches psychology at John Abbott College. He enjoys reading and writing short stories. His stories have appeared in The Nashwaak Review, Grain, and The Impressment Gang. He also has a cat named Prince, who reads all of his work.

Michael Foy explores the curiosity of childhood and the burdens of a corrections officer in his story, All The Little Things, as a father is forced to see his role on an execution team through the eyes of his seven-year-old son.
