Yvonne Marie Garvey is a forty-three-year-old blind alcoholic. After ending a twenty-seven-year relationship with alcohol, she lives a life filled with passion for recovery and helping others. In addition to cultivating her writing daily, she runs her own communication business, and is a certified yoga instructor, mediation coach, and reiki practitioner. She lives in Peterborough, Ontario and loves snuggling with her English Bulldog, Winnie.
