Kristina Kasparian is a writer, health activist, translator, and travel photographer with a PhD in neurolinguistics. Her writing about identity, wellness, and social justice has been published by Roxane Gay, Condé Nast, Electric Literature, HuffPost, Longreads, BUST Magazine, Newsweek, Catapult, Fodor’s, Elle, the Globe & Mail, and elsewhere. In 2025, she was awarded a top prize in Writer’s Digest annual competition and a Plentitudes prize for non-fiction.
